Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
